Just purchased and put together. I noticed NO ODOR whatsoever.

I didn&#39;t notic any odor on my cabinet.

One reviewer mentioned a "strong odor" coming from the cabinet. Did the odor dissipate with time? Did anyone else notice the odor?

Absolutely love this cabinet.  I bought two to use as curio cabinets not for linen.  

It arrived as promised with all pieces - even extra screws, etc.   Not easy to put together but not really hard either.  Price was right also. 

I can't say enough good things about it.

Elegant home fashions calais linen cabinet

Although I was a little upset by the size of the cabinet versus the pic provided in the site, I am truly happy with it.  It has fore filled my need and the space requirement I had prior to purchasing.  An excellent cabinet I recommend.

Excellent Cabinet for it's size

this was bought for my bathroom that needed more storage for towels and things, the wood was nice, the color was nice, the top and bottom shelf can be adjusted. it was fairly easy to put together
it matched the vanity that we put in the bathroom. we may leave the glass door off and have the cabinet open.

Nice cabinet

Attractive cabinet with a lot of storage space.  It is advertised as linen cabinet, but I plan to use it in my kitchen.  It looks good there.  Assembly was well organized.  The pieces were well labeled and even included extra screws, etc.  Took 1.5 hours to assemble.  The most difficult part was attaching door - very small screws and a little hard to line up.  Over all a good buy.

The only drawback is that I  wish it were a bit taller.  I didn't read the dimensions , which was my fault, but it will still do.  I am going to use it as a display cabinet for miniature motorcycles.  Looks nice in our family room.   easy to put together, but need to include more "extra" screws and nuts, etc.

nice cabinet,

I have been looking for a linen tower and a cabinet to match. I bought this along with the matching shorter linen cabinet. It is hard to find nice less expensive cabinets with glass that doesn't look like cardboard. These units look like real oak, they match maple and oak cabinets in the bathroom. The veneer has an oak grain running through it so it looks like real wood. This is not very wide but can fit a lot of things into it. I think it looks pretty comparable to some of the more expensive stores. Pretty easy to put together....buy some extra magnetic dots to ensure the doors shut tight.

Very nice for the price

The oak color matched exactly and I used this cabinet  for liquor.  Adjustable shelves great.  Only complaint is that many of the edges lacked stain.  Probably built too quickly for attention to quality.

Great liquor cabinet!

The cabinet is ok but certainly not worth the price paid. Cams fell out of holes and had to use glue to keep them in place after tightening. Bottom of cabinet is a darker wood than the top half.

Disappointed

BIG Problem..Don't fall in love with this very pretty but terribly designed piece of furniture. It fit perfectly, it looked great, holes were drilled perfectly but the cams needed to hold the thing together DONT WORK (they break in your hands). Email ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST, you CAN'T call for help or register a complaint. OMG. Who wants to disassemble the thing once its together? STAY AWAY

Beauty and the Beast

The quality and workmanship is unbelievably poor ! From the finish or lack of in some places, splintering edges to the way the top and bottom portions line up. I should have opened it and put together sooner but have been in the process of moving, repairing and painting walls and I didn't want to set it up before I was finished...so my own fault there. As far as inspecting upon delivery...almost impossible these days with the ""dropand run"" delivery policy of both FedEx & UPS. I'll work on the finish as best as possible, put my hand towels and decorations in and hope no one looks closely at the shelf unit itself. From a distance or without my contacts or glasses it looks nice...BUT...it's not.

I'm so disappointed I honestly don't know where to begin !
