There are numerous pieces to assemble. Once assembled, the top & bottom are attached.

Many, many pieces! Glad I had my son to put it together for ne. I do not recommend it.

It's garbage. The door is cardboard and will most definitely warp if there is any steam or moisture in the bathroom.

It is in two pieces, however when you had the backing and the nails you cannot take it apart.

It is designed to go together as one piece. You have to construct the cabinet and there are no floor guards or sliders for the top section so it can be kept off the floor and free of damage from being moved or cleaned around.

It does come with instructions and a complete parts list. If not, you can 1) call sauder and ask for it or 2) see if it is online and print it.

COMMON PARTICLE BOARD... WHAT I EXPECTED FOR THE MONEY

The door is wood or processed wood product. The back is cardboard as most packaged wood stands are.

It is made out of a lighter material, but I don't think it is cardboard.

The frame is a thin hollowed wood 3/4" and the bead board panel (insert) is the same as you would purchase at the hardwood stores. It is called hardwood. It is not cardboard. Nothing like you find on the back of your dressers or TV's. The rest of the cabinet is MDF. Over all the door is easy to assemble and adjust (with directions, which I found very useful).

No, this door is solid wood, it is heavy and sturdy.

I really like this product. The material is not solid wood but it feels sturdy. Not very heavy but not filmsy neither. It fit nicely in our small bathroom. It is not very tall but holds a lot of towels, bathroom accessories, cosmetics etc. Overall, I am happy with this storage unit.   The instructions were clear. Assembly was easy. I put it together myself in an 45 minutes - an hour. This is the second Sauder unit we got. Both arrived in greatly padded box. No damage at all in transit.

Couldn't find anything like this

We have a smaller bathroom and I needed something to store, but not take up too much space. This tower is great. It holds a lot of product, and is not too tall to dust the top. Very happy with this product.

Easy to put together, looks great

Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to assemble with a friend. Looks like an expensive piece of furniture and is solidly made. The white and grey look great in my bathroom.

Absolutely Perfect

Cute, but thought it was taller. One time I read it was 60".8 and another time at ordering it was 6'.8" and order the product. It is actually 5'and 3/4", but it works. I put it in between to vanities and looks really nice (I did not use the X shelves). Did not take long to assemble, about 1 1/2 hours. The black shelf top appears to be waterproof. I tried to faux marble the shelf, but the paint wiped off with water.

it fits well in my small bathroom with decent storage space. The directions were fairly easy to follow. Not thrilled that the insert for the upper shelves to hold towels doesn't stay together well. Seems like they could have notched the 2 pieces and they would slide together and be sturdier without pegs. Also the insert in the door is just cardboard which is odd for how nice the rest of the piece is.

I bought this linen tower for our lake house. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but mainly because I didn't pay enough attention to the dimensions listed on the description. I wasn't sure what to expect with the "soft white" color description, but it is a bright white, which is what I wanted. It had a lot of pieces to assemble, but the parts were well marked and easily identified. It took my teenage daughter and me about 90 minutes to put it together, requiring only a hammer and Phillips screwdriver. The "cross-piece" portion of the shelving simply sits on the shelf below it and isn't actually attached, which doesn't bother me, but it wasn't what I expected. I am considering removing that part altogether. This item probably is not something I'd use in my primary home because it isn't "real furniture" but it's perfect for my casual lake house.

Good for the price

This linen storage tower does have space to store lots of towels and wash cloths. We found it works better if you don't put the X shelving in the middle but rather just put an extra shelf in. The X shelves look ok on the photos which advertise them, but in actuality they are a waste of space. This is a linen tower not some kind of decorative piece of furniture. It serves its purpose better if the shelves are just put in one above the other. It is heavy when put together and rather hard to move, but the fact that it is heavy is an asset because it's pretty sturdy. It was pretty easy to put together and looks nice for a linen storage tower. It added much needed space for our towels and washcloths. It would work wonderfully for sheets and pillow cases but we didn't need it for that reason. I also like the fact that it has a bottom storage area with doors in front so you could store the less-used items there and the more frequently used items, you could store in the open shelves on top.

The door is cardboard, there were damaged pieces. I didn't even finish removing the product from the box before deciding to return it.
